Develops and conducts workshops that foster a positive workplace culture, aimed at boosting morale, retention, and productivity in a physical office setting. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in employee engagement or in-person training. Alternatively, relevant certification combined with 6 years of experience in employee engagement may be considered. Knowledge of employee feedback mechanisms and engagement strategies is preferred.
