Works collaboratively with trainers to create interactive courses and training materials while delivering them in-person, enhancing learning experiences through hands-on activities. A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or course development. Alternatively, a relevant certification combined with 5 years of experience in eLearning or instructional design may be considered. Proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of adult learning principles are necessary.
