Guides new hires through an in-person orientation process, introducing them to company culture, policies, and necessary job skills for a smooth transition. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required, with 2 years of experience in onboarding or employee training. Alternatively, a certification in onboarding or training combined with 4 years of relevant experience may be considered. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
