Job Position: Training Specialist

Teaches essential interpersonal skills to employees through interactive workshops, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a live context. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in training or coaching roles. Alternatively, a relevant certification combined with 4 years of experience may be considered. Certification in soft skills training or facilitation is a plus.
