A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in compliance training or risk management. Alternatively, relevant certification combined with 6 years of experience in compliance or risk management may be considered. Familiarity with industry regulations is essential.
