Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in online diversity training or similar roles. Alternatively, extensive relevant experience (6 years) combined with a certification in diversity training may be considered. A strong understanding of diversity issues is advantageous.
