Teaches essential interpersonal skills to employees through virtual platforms, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in an online context. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in online training or coaching roles. Alternatively, a relevant certification combined with 4 years of experience may be considered. Certification in soft skills training or facilitation is a plus.
